Ariel Stevenson grew up in the Bay Area within a rather artistic and musically inclined family. She took private piano lessons from her father beginning at the age of five years old. By the time she was 16, however, she found her love for writing and decided to pursue that creative route instead. She graduated from San Francisco State University in May of 2015 with a BA in Creative Writing and after, took up reception positions at various companies whilst continuing to work on the novel she began writing in college. In the summer of 2017, she applied for the Front Desk Reception position at New World Music Academy and was accepted!
Ariel is an avid book reader, a Harry Potter fangirl, and enjoys playing video games with her Fiancé. She plans to publish one of her novels within the next couple of years, as well as, go back to school for her Masters.
Sophie Clarke started her started her musical journey as a sophomore in high school singing the Cantabella Children’s Choir in Pleasanton, CA. She went on to study voice and piano privately with San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM) graduate, Jumi Kim. Sophie has studied opera at the SFCM summer program and for three years was involved with the youth choral program of the San Francisco-based choral group, Chanticleer. She studied vocal performance at Saint Mary’s College and competed with the Chamber Choir there at the International Choral Festival in Budapest, Hungary. She is currently studying voice and composition at Las Positas College with Darita Seth.
