Children's Chorus

This class is designed for students who want to learn vocal skills, but are not quite ready for private voice lessons. It can also be customized for groups who want to perfect vocal ensemble skills. All ages are welcome.

The NWMA Children’s Chorus is an excellent place to get your child started in music. Challenging yet fun, ensemble singing is a great foundation for further musical study. Led by professional soprano and voice coach Cass Panuska, the Children’s Chorus teaches good singing skills and the basics of musicianship including note reading (treble clef only), basic rhythms and much more. Ensemble singing also teaches children the critical skills of collaboration and teamwork in mastering of a common goal.
